Originating from Tallaght, the rapper first gained traction on SoundCloud during the lockdown in 2020, swiftly amassing a devoted following. Drawing inspiration from artists like Wiki and Earl Sweatshirt, Curtisy has cultivated his own distinctive style, characterized by vibrant and lush abstract hip-hop, complemented by a DIY punk energy that electrifies his live performances.
Known for his collaborative spirit, Curtisy frequently collaborates with Irish producers and artists such as TXPE_EATER, Ahmed, with Love, Rory Sweeney, and more. His talent hasn't gone unnoticed, with Irish hip-hop luminary Kojaque championing him, notably featuring on Curtisy’s track ‘Men on a Mission,’ lauded by District Magazine as a compelling fusion of tension and danceable beats.

Quickly finding himself at the forefront of the new wave in Irish hip hop, Tallaght based rapper Curtisy has announced the release of his debut album What Was the Question, set to hit streaming platforms on 3 May.
